Nick and Marco have set cool courses that fully utilise's Te Henui's great variety of terrain. Short, Medium and Long courses are on offer with approximate running distances of 2, 4 and 6km respectively. Shoes with good grip are recommended for the medium and long courses.

Brief H&S notes:

For your physical safety: It is not allowed to swim, wade or surf across the Te Henui stream. Please run, walk or skip across the bridges.

For others physical safety: Please be courteous to other users of the area, sheep included.

For the safety of your soul: It is not allowed to run across graves or lines of graves. These are clearly marked on the map.

 

Start between 1200-1330hr courses close at 1430hr from Hendrie St.
