This will be a 2*2 Relay. That is 2 people in a relay, each runs 2 legs.

For the elites competing in the National League this is a standard 2*2 relay composed of one man one woman.

For everyone else, this is still a 2*2 relay.

Your team may enter either the 3 or more point or the 5 or more point category.
Every team must have one male and one female
Points are distributed as follows:

M/W21, MW40, M/W18 1 points
M/W50, M/W16              2 points
M/W60, M/W14             3 points
M/W70, M/W12             4 points

So for example a  Mens 40 and womens 70 running together would be eligible for the 5 point competition
