Red Long : Hard, 5.6 km,

Red Short: Hard. 3.0km

Orange: Medium 3.7km

Yellow: Easy 2.0km

The technically difficult red courses use some of the more difficult (steep and native scrub) areas of the Te henui Map. Competitors should expect a difficult physical and navigational challenge. The orange course is technically moderate and is well suited to people still developing their navigational skills. The yellow is easy and suitable for children and those seeking an easy recreational experience.
