Training objectives for you are to work on : recognising contour features, using your compass and

Attack points = a feature you can easily recognise from which you carefully navigate to the control. Such as: a a track bend or a bridge or a large hill.

Start Blocks:

Loop course boxes 1-6 1.8km

2 =C 2 shorter and slightly less technical course. 1.6km

All courses will close at 7 pm and we will collect controls so please return to the finish before that time
